A high performing spring wheat, KWS Lightum brings a different plant type to the spring wheat sector this season, thanks to its parentage which includes some Argentinean wheat genetics. Rated a Group 2 milling wheat by the UK Flour millers, the variety has good grain characteristics including high protein (13.6%) with a good HFN and specific weight, coupled with good baking performance over its past season of evaluations.
