Images and videos from the KWS Media Library at www.kws.com are protected by copyright. You are only entitled to download the images and videos from the KWS Media Library and to make further use of them (see below) if a download function is technically available via "Download" link on our website www.kws.com right beside the image/video in question.

By downloading an image or video, you accept these terms of use for images and videos from the KWS Media Library.

With regard to the images and videos properly downloaded by you, you are granted a non-exclusive, territorially unrestricted, non-assignable, non-transferable and time-limited right to use the images and videos for your own, exclusively non-commercial and non-promotional purposes in analog and/or digital form. Besides this licensing of rights, all rights to the images and videos shall remain with the rights holder (KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA or the photographer or video producer named in each case). In particular, you are not entitled to edit or change images and videos without the prior written consent of KWS.

When using an image or video, always quote "Source: KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, Einbeck" and - if indicated with the respective picture or video - the respective photographer or video producer must be named as the author.

KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA reserves the right to remove images and videos from the media library at any time and without stating reasons, for example to ensure that they are up to date. In this case, the right to use the image or video in question, as described above, will also expire. Therefore, please only use currently available image/video files and regularly check the contents of our media library at www.kws.com. If an image or video is no longer available in the media library, you may no longer use the corresponding image or video that has already been downloaded; you are then also obligated to immediately terminate any use of the affected image or video that has already begun.
