Tessner Holding KG, Goslar, sent us the following notification in accordance with Sections 21 and 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG):
We hereby notify you in accordance with Article 21, Section 1 in conjunction with Article 22, Section 1, No. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act that our voting rights in KWS SAAT AG, Einbeck, exceeded the thresholds of 5% and 10% on July 12, 2004 and since that time have amounted to 10.61%. These voting rights are attributable to us in full in accordance with § 22 (1), no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act.
