informed us that in accordance with § 21 (1) WpHG, its share of voting rights in KWS SAAT AG,
Einbeck, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights on December 9, 2014,
and on that date amounted to 15.11%
(this corresponds to 997,365 voting rights).
2. On December 12, 2014, Tessner Holding KG, Goslar, Germany, informed us that in accordance with § 21 (1) WpHG,
its voting rights in KWS SAAT AG
Einbeck, Germany, on December 9, 2014, exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights
and on this date was 15.11% (which corresponds to 997,365
voting rights). 15.11% of voting rights (which corresponds to 997,365)
are owned by Tessner Holding KG pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG through Tessner Beteiligungs GmbH.
3. On December 12, 2014, Mr. Hans-Joachim Tessner, Germany, informed us that, in accordance with § 21 (1) WpHG,
his voting rights in KWS SAAT AG,
Einbeck, Germany, on December 9, 2014, exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights
and on this date was 15.11% (which corresponds to 997,365
voting rights). 15.11% of voting rights (which corresponds to 997,365)
are attributable to Mr. Tessner in accordance with § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG through
Tessner Holding KG and Tessner Beteiligungs GmbH.
