It is of course always a bit different but in general the application process takes at least 6 weeks.
After you have uploaded your application to our job portal, our recruiters will review your application. If it is convincing, we will conduct a telephone interview with you to get to know you a little better and to give you the opportunity to ask questions. In general, depending on the position, a personal interview will then take place at one of the KWS locations before a final decision is made and all applicants receive a message.
No, you do not have to go through an assessment centre for an internship or for a cooperation for a thesis. The application process follows our normal process of the first telephone interview and the possible personal interview.
Yes, even if you are not subject to a minimum wage, the internship at KWS will be compensated.
Yes, of course you can do an internship at KWS, even if you have no other previous practical experience.
In general, we appreciate it if you approach us with an initial suggestions for topics. If, however, a specific topic from KWS is desired, it will be advertised in our job portal.
Yes, both is possible at KWS. Working student positions are also advertised regularly on our job portal, while we do not accept unsolicited applications for these positions.
